Firstly, thanks to my ISP and subsequently the people that
host this site - FreeUK. I've been with them for getting on for 18 months or so, they're free and relatively fab so much so that
I've recommended them to a few friends and even my family. They don't make you install any
nasty software and even have a web interface so you can delete your junk mails from work!

Any really long standing visitors to the site will
remember the disaster that was the original counter - replaced in July 1999 by the current one seen, provided by these guys.
The weekly email showing how many people have visited the site always allows me to reflect on how bored I've been at work
that week (and thus online waaaayyyy to much) - reliability is quite good but not 100% perfect.

Provide all the many mailing lists I run (11 in total as at 28th October
2000) and I'd be lost without these guys. Formerly OneList they've recently been acquired by someone else (maybe Yahoo I can't remember now)
so I wonder if bigger and better things are ahead... Web interface or limited administration by email for your mailing list.

One of the new service providers on this version 2 site, who come up with a
little widget so you can search the site better since it's all been growing so fast I thought it might be a useful new feature to add - let me know
if it is and how you get along with the widget...

Another tried and tested supplier from the old site who provide
the range of web polls dotted around the site but particuarly in the Interact section of the site.
Let me know if you've got any ideas for new polls on the site!

Another newbie service to be introduced onto the new site, allows
you to email or chat to me from any page on the site - useful if you get stuck or suddenly am struck down by how goregous I look (a little
unlikely me thinks) simply by clicking on the icons at the bottom of the main navigational bar always on the left hand side of your screen.
If I'm online you can chat or send a message direcly, if not the system sends me a message which I can reply to later. Also provides some
useful information to me on how peopel use the site *grin* Apologies I couldn't get a decent version of their logo.
