Now this is an interesting one. The Web site is nearly ready to go live but I can just imagine a couple of people are
gonna be more than a little shocked when it goes live. Ho hum. Guess it will teach some people to live in the same reality
as the people they deal with *grin*
A couple of things have been going really well lately (famous last words or what?) which has made a change from the
past couple of entries I appreciate... things with James seem to be working out (wahey!), I've been asked to do the official
Kings Cross Steelers RFC Web site after trying for a year lots of social activities
and light at the end of the tunnel on the work situation (sorry this one needs to stay cryptic for a while).
After a week of work, work, work and with payday on Friday the outcome of the weekend was never really in question.
Popstarz never happened on Friday (ahh well another time perhaps). But Saturday was most definately rugby - the unexpected
bit was a couple of hours spent in a Romford casualty department accompanying one of the players who had got injured - see
I said this rugby lark was dangerous!!! Only kidding (or something). Anyhow Mark seemed to make a very quick recovery as
he proceeded to gross me out with stories of injuries and blood.
Escaping back to the rugby club after a small plate of ketchup and chips and more than a coupel of Bacardi Breezers it
was time to get dragged round the Soho bars by Steve & Co. Yes I am only going for the one drink. After several Smirnoff Ice
and several hours having passed I was in Comptons and then risking my life in getting one of those taxis back to where I was
staying... God I was knackered. Oh and if anyone is interested the lyric for today comes from the 1999 Eurovision song contest
winner which me and Stuart blasted out at each other in West Central - surely someone else knows it?
Today has been a little more restful but the good news is it looks like my little sis is moving to Worthing which is a damn
site better than having to get to Enfield to see her!!!
